We recommend a standard 20 minute appointment or longer for your first visit. We have appontments ranging from 5 minutes to 1 hour available.
If you have a special area of concern please book the appropriate appointment so we can streamline the process. If you are not sure please call or email us at admin@calenhealth.com.au. It is best to transfer your records from your old practice to enable the most efficient use of your appointment time with the doctor.

If you wish to have your medical records transferred from another practice to Calen health, you will have to fill out our Transfer of Records Form and send a copy to your previous clinic. Please note they may charge an administrative fee for the transfer process.
It is best to call them to initiate the transfer after emailing your form to avoid a lengthy delay in the transfer process.

There is limited on site parking, as well as street parking on Hampden Road, Park Road and on nearby streets. There is also a bus stop right in front of the building for the following buses: 24, 96, 97, 103, 950, and the Purple Cat bus.

If you have a current Medicare card, please bring it with you to your appointment. Any documentation relevant to your appointment should also be brought with you, or emailed to our team ahead of your appointment time. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact our team.

For your first appointment, we recommend booking a longer appointment so the doctor can become familiar with you and address your concerns. For specific appointment types, such as IUD insertion or ADHD assessments, you will need a longer appointment, so make sure you let our team know your appointment type when you book over the phone.
